Culverhayes,

Sampford Courtenay

Welcome

May we welcome you to Culverhayes in Sampford Courtenay. Set in 10 acres of West Devon’s unspoilt countryside, Culveryhayes is a country mansion built by the architect Henry Lloyd in 1860 with two 17 century cob and stone cottages set in the grounds. Here we wish to offer you the joys and delights of country living. Purchased in October 2006 we have totally refurbished the cottages to a very high standard, now offering first class accommodation with old fashioned charm. Each cottage has its own garden with furniture and BBQ for outside relaxation and dining. You will be welcome to roam throughout the gardens and there is plenty of room for children and well behaved dogs to play. Our kitchen garden is under development and we hope by 2008 to be able to offer you an extensive range of organically grown fruit and vegetables. Whether you are staying in one of our cottages or as a bed and breakfast guest in the main house, our aim is to offer you accommodation, hospitality and a location you will wish to return to time and time again.
